DrivewAI provides an AI-powered driveway rendering service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.
Service Description
DrivewAI generates AI driveway reconstruction mockups from photos you upload. Renderings are visual approximations intended for inspiration and planning purposes. They are not architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, or construction documents.
Acceptable Use
- You must only upload photos of properties you own or have permission to photograph.
- You may not use the service to generate misleading real estate listings or fraudulent representations.
- You may share generated renderings with contractors, family, and on social media.
Payments & Refunds
Your first driveway rendering is free. Subsequent generations cost the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If our AI fails to generate your renderings due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated driveway renderings are licensed to you for personal and commercial use (e.g., sharing with contractors, posting on social media). DrivewAI retains the right to use anonymized renderings for marketing and service improvement.
Disclaimers
- AI renderings are approximations and may not perfectly represent final construction results.
- DrivewAI is not a licensed contractor, architect, or engineer.
- Always consult qualified professionals before beginning driveway construction or renovation.
Limitation of Liability
DrivewAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for construction decisions made based on AI-generated renderings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific generation in question.
