Overview

DrivewAI provides an AI-powered driveway rendering service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

DrivewAI uses artificial intelligence to generate visual renderings from photos you upload, including driveway redesigns, virtual staging, landscaping concepts, and kitchen restyling. All renderings are visual approximations intended for inspiration and planning purposes only. They are not architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, or construction documents.

Acceptable Use

  • You must only upload photos of properties you own or have permission to photograph.
  • You may not use the service to generate misleading real estate listings or fraudulent representations.
  • You may share generated renderings with contractors, family, and on social media.

Payments & Refunds

DrivewAI offers one free render each month, single render purchases, 5-pack rendering credits, and the monthly Contractor Pro subscription. All prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Contractor Pro 30-day money-back guarantee. The first $149 charge on Contractor Pro is refundable for 30 days if you sent at least one quote through DrivewAI and did not mark any quote as "won." Full terms and instructions on the refund policy page.

Single-render purchases and credit packs are non-refundable because the AI generation is delivered on demand and consumes third-party AI compute that can't be reversed. Variations in AI output quality are not grounds for a refund — try the free monthly render first to evaluate the service.

Subscription auto-renewal. Contractor Pro renews automatically at $149/month after your first 30 days unless you cancel from the Billing page. Renewal charges are not refundable; cancellation stops future charges.

AI Output Quality

DrivewAI uses generative AI technology, which is inherently probabilistic. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect. AI-generated renderings may:

  • Contain visual artifacts, incorrect proportions, or distorted elements.
  • Add, remove, or alter objects that were or were not present in the original photo.
  • Produce results that differ from expectations in style, color, or layout.
  • Vary in quality between generations, even with the same source photo.

These characteristics are inherent to current AI image generation technology and do not constitute a defect in the service. We recommend using the free monthly render to evaluate the service before purchasing single renders or credit packs. The Contractor Pro guarantee covers the "closed a job" outcome, not the visual quality of any individual render.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated driveway renderings are licensed to you for personal and commercial use (e.g., sharing with contractors, posting on social media). DrivewAI retains the right to use anonymized renderings for marketing and service improvement.

Disclaimers

  • AI renderings are approximations and may not perfectly represent final construction or design results.
  • DrivewAI is not a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, or interior designer.
  • Always consult qualified professionals before beginning construction, renovation, or staging decisions.
  • AI-generated images should not be relied upon for accurate measurements, material specifications, or structural assessments.

Limitation of Liability

DrivewAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs. We are not liable for construction, renovation, or design decisions made based on AI-generated renderings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific generation in question.
