Information We Collect

For the exterior photo workspace, we store your photo, requested changes, generated designs, purchase status and a random browser cookie that lets you reopen your project. Photo files are kept in private storage and accessed through temporary signed links. Images and prompts are sent to fal.ai and OpenAI to create your requested designs. Payment is processed by Stripe. Paid projects can be recovered by signing in with the checkout email.

We record product events such as uploads, generation success or failure, downloads and purchases, along with landing page, campaign tags and referrer domain. We use a hashed network identifier for abuse limits. We do not put photo content or prompts in analytics events. Contact us to request deletion of your photos and account, subject to records we must retain for transactions.

When you use DrivewAI, we collect the following information:

  • Email address — used for account authentication via magic link sign-in.
  • Uploaded photos — photos of your driveway that you upload for AI rendering. These are stored securely and used solely to generate your driveway redesign mockups.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate your account and provide access to your generations.
  • Process your driveway photos through our AI rendering pipeline.
  • Process payments for paid generations.
  • Send transactional emails related to your account.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase for our email sign-in records, database and storage, then processed via encrypted connections. Uploaded images are stored in secure cloud storage with signed URLs that expire after a limited time.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and image storage.
  • Upstash — request rate limiting.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • fal.ai and OpenAI — AI image generation for home visualization renderings.
  • Anthropic — photo validation and style recommendations.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • PostHog and Google Ads — product analytics and advertising attribution.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your account, uploaded images, and generated renderings.
