What's covered

• Your first charge on either the Starter or Pro subscription plan.
• Refunds requested within 7 days of that first charge landing on your card.
• The full amount you paid — we don't prorate based on renderings generated.

What's not covered

• Subsequent monthly renewals after your first month. If you decide DrivewAI isn't for you later on, cancel anytime from your account page and you won't be billed again. We do not refund past billing cycles beyond the first.
• Fraud or abuse. Accounts that show clear signs of fraud, abuse, or attempts to exploit the guarantee across multiple accounts are not eligible.

How to cancel (no refund needed)

If you just want to stop billing going forward — not a refund — open your account page, click Manage subscription, and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then drops to Free automatically. You keep access to every rendering you've already generated.

How to request a refund

1. Send an email to hello@drive-wai.com from the address on your account.
2. Subject line: Refund request(or literally anything — we'll find it).
3. You don't need to explain why. If you want to tell us what went wrong so we can improve the product, we'd love to hear it, but it's not required.
4. We reply within 1 business day and process the refund immediately via Stripe.
