Review your first image before paying $9 to unlock the rest of your photo project. Completed AI images are visual concepts and may not match every requested detail.

A failed image never uses your allowance

If an image cannot be generated, you can retry using the same remaining option or refinement. A technical failure does not reduce what you purchased.

Problems with a purchase

If we cannot deliver the purchased service, or you were charged twice, contact us for a refund. Include your checkout email and project link. For other concerns, contact us so we can review the issue. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

Purchases before this relaunch

Earlier purchases retain the refund terms offered at checkout. This includes any applicable trial refund window and the Contractor Pro first-charge 30-day guarantee for customers who sent at least one real quote and did not close a job. Contact us with your receipt so we can apply the correct terms.
