How it works
Three steps. The whole flow happens before the customer asks for the price.
Step 1
Address or photo
Type the customer address — DrivewAI pulls a Street View image facing the driveway. Or shoot a fresh photo on the curb.
Step 2
Three options, your rates
Pick the materials worth showing and a sales style. We render three on the actual driveway with your $/sqft installed range overlaid.
Step 3
Send to the customer
One tap emails a branded page with your logo, the three options, and your contact info — no DrivewAI marketing on it.
What you get
Built for one thing — closing the driveway in front of you.
Your $/sqft, your range
Set installed rates per material once. Every quote shows a low–high band built from your numbers, not ours.
Quote pipeline that sticks
Mark each quote draft / sent / won / lost. Track close rate and dollars closed by month from one screen.
Phone-first by default
Built for the truck and the curb. Camera input, sticky bottom CTA, large tap targets, no scroll-of-doom.
Branded customer view
Your company name, logo, license, contact card. The DrivewAI footer is the only thing that says we made the page.
Unlimited renderings
One $149/mo subscription. No per-render charges, no seat math, no surprise overage line item.
Email handoff
One click sends the customer an email — from your business, with your reply-to — that links to the branded view.
The math
Close one extra driveway and Pro covers itself for the year.
An average paver install runs $12k–$18k. Contractor Pro is $149/mo — about $1,800/yr. Even at 6% margin, one extra signed job pays for the tool nine times over. The point isn't the renderings — it's the close rate.
Tool comparison
| Tool | Cost | Time per quote |
|---|---|---|
| Just texting a photo | $0 | Customer imagines it |
| Manufacturer apps | Free | 15+ min on-site only |
| Landscape CAD | $80–200/mo | Hours, not minutes |
| DrivewAI Pro | $149/mo | 90 sec, on a phone |
Common questions
What contractors usually ask first.
Will the renderings match the actual product I install?+
Treat them as visual direction, not specs. They're tuned to match material families (interlocking pavers, modern concrete, stamped, natural stone, brick, asphalt) — exact color, brand, and pattern still belong on the written estimate and material samples.
Where does the price range come from?+
Your installed $/sqft rates × the measured square footage, ± a band you set (default 12%). Optional flat removal/permit fees are added to both ends. We never publish a number you didn't authorize.
What if I cover other trades — landscaping, retaining walls, etc.?+
Right now Pro is focused on driveway quotes. Same property photo can also feed our consumer flow for landscaping, exterior, kitchen, and room redesigns, but those run on credits — not the unlimited Pro plan.
Can my customer see DrivewAI on the quote?+
The customer-facing page is branded with your company. There's a single small footnote that says "Prepared with DrivewAI" at the bottom for compliance, but the navbar, hero, contact card, and email sender are all yours.
Do you have a CRM, scheduling, or invoicing?+
No — and that's deliberate. Pro stays a sales-conversation tool. Quote status (draft/sent/won/lost) and a follow-up date are the only pipeline data. JobNimbus / JobTread are better at the rest.
