Before/after sliders no longer drag images on desktop
Click-and-drag on any product comparison slider now scrubs the slider reliably on Chrome and Safari instead of triggering the browser's native image drag gesture.

Switched to google/nano-banana-edit as the primary staging model. Added architectural inventory pass via Haiku so the AI preserves doors, windows, and trim pixel-perfectly while restyling the rest of the room.

Watermark rendering and free-tier UX
Moved watermarks from server-side SVG to a CSS overlay, fixing a longstanding rendering bug. The free-tier staging flow now shows controls up-front with locked styles and a watermarked preview before upgrade.
